An Invitation

Lake Atitlan

Life happens fast.  If we don’t take the time to slow down every once in a while, we run the risk of becoming desensitized to the things going on around us.  We end up rolling out of bed on a Monday morning already stressed out and wondering how we’re going to manage all the upcoming week’s responsibilities and obligations.  One day bleeds into the next, and by the end of the week we find ourselves barely limping across the finish line, hoping for a breath or two of fresh air over the weekend.  Unfortunately, the weekend is just as nonstop and the next thing we know the cycle begins all over again.  In the blink of an eye, the weeks turn into months and before we realize it, another year has gone by.

Want to discover a way to step back from your routine long enough to catch a breath?  To figure out how to turn your nose away from the grindstone long enough to take notice of your surroundings?  Longing to be able to look beyond the task at hand to connect with the people you come into contact with as you carry out those tasks?  Want the chance to truly live and not simply exist?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I invite you to discover, explore, and experience The Deep Life.
